1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the hau788 Website or Services, you automatically and immediately agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identification document (KTP). Services are provided exclusively for Indonesian residents and may not be available in all Indonesian regions due to local regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You may not create an Account if you are under legal guardianship or have been declared legally incompetent.
• Single Account: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with hau788. Creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or Bonuses associated with them.
• Excluded Persons: You must not be a person who has been previously excluded or self-excluded from gambling activities, either through hau788 or any other gambling platform. You must not be on any self-exclusion register or list of prohibited persons.
• Geographical Restrictions: You must not access the Services using VPN, proxy, or any other technology that masks or manipulates your true geographical location.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must match the details on your official Indonesian identification documents.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

hau788 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting:

• A clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP)
• A recent selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months)
• Additional documentation may be requested at hau788's discretion

Your Account will have limited functionality until verification is complete. We reserve the right to suspend or close any Account that fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your password with any third party
• Immediately notify hau788 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must immediately update your Account information if any of your personal details change. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to withdrawals, Account suspension, or other restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hau788 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment methods may impose their own limits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

hau788 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• All active Bonus wagering requirements must be met
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• The withdrawal destination must match the name on your verified hau788 Account

Maximum withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Bronze Tier Members: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 200,000,000 per month
• Silver Tier Members: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, Rp 500,000,000 per month
• Gold Tier Members: Rp 200,000,000 per transaction, Rp 1,000,000,000 per month

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are queued and processed first thing the next business day. In certain circumstances, such as large withdrawals or security reviews, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hau788 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or to investigate any transaction that appears suspicious. Accounts involved in money laundering or other illegal activities will be immediately closed and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

hau788 offers various Bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotion details. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the Bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus, you must place bets totaling Rp 30,000,000 before the Bonus becomes withdrawable cash.

6.2 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution (odds of 1.50 or higher only)
• Video Poker: 20% contribution
• Table Games: 10% contribution

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a Bonus is active and wagering requirements remain incomplete:

• Maximum bet per round is Rp 50,000
• Withdrawals are not permitted
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if you attempt to withdraw before completing requirements
• Only one Bonus can be active at a time

6.4 Bonus Abuse

hau788 reserves the right to void Bonuses, winnings, and close Accounts in cases of suspected Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: irregular betting patterns, use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors. All decisions regarding Bonus abuse are final and non-negotiable.

6.5 Validity Period

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Betting Acceptance

hau788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or accept any bet at our sole discretion. We may reject bets that exceed our maximum payout limits, that are placed on events with suspected integrity issues, or that otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.

All bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by our system and appear in your betting history. Technical errors, system malfunctions, or display errors do not constitute bet acceptance. If a bet is placed but not confirmed, it is void and all stakes will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets:

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours
• hau788 uses official league and competition results as provided by our data partners
• Settlement disputes will be resolved based on official sources; hau788's decision is final

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). These rules are accessible within each game.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnect, or software error during a game round, the round will be void and all bets refunded.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the maximum payout from a single bet or game round is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum daily payout across all bets and games combined is Rp 2,000,000,000 (two billion Indonesian Rupiah).

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using hau788 Services:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any fraudulent means to gain an unfair advantage, including collusion, bot usage, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, or allowing another person to access your Account.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using hau788 Services for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Identity Theft: Using another person's personal information, payment methods, or identification documents.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes through your bank or payment provider for legitimate deposits or transactions.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward hau788 staff or other Members.
• System Abuse: Attempting to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer any part of the hau788 platform or systems.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds and Bonuses, and potential legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

hau788 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hau788 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

hau788 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions, system failures, or technical malfunctions
• Errors in game results, odds display, or bet settlement
• Unauthorized access to your Account by third parties
• Actions or omissions of payment processors, banks, or other third-party service providers

In any event, hau788's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by hau788

hau788 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account immediately and without prior notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities.

Reasons for Account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any prohibited activities listed in Section 8
• Suspected Bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns
• Prolonged Account inactivity (no login or activity for 12 consecutive months)

If your Account is closed for violations, any remaining balance, pending bets, and active Bonuses will be forfeited and not refunded.

10.2 Self-Exclusion and Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of hau788 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

In the event of a dispute between you and hau788, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

Any claims or disputes must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be barred.
